Select the option Register Your Account.
Please enter your First Name/Last Name AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR INSURANCE CARD and Date of Birth.
You will see a question, “Are you a CareMount patient?” The answer “yes” will be filled-in for you. Click “Continue“.
You will get a message saying “Welcome to CareMount 24/7“. Press “OK“.
If this email address is being used by another person in your home, you will get a message stating so. Click “Continue“.
(REQUIRED) The next screen required you to select 2 security questions. Click “Next” when done.
On this screen enter the required fields and click “Next” when done:
(Height, Weight, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number, and Gender)
On the last screen, you will need to enter your “Medical Information“. Please answer the “Social History” questions, click “Done” when you finish.
(If you do not answer the “Social History”, you will get a message telling you to fill them out.)
You will now be on the CareMount 24/7 screen. Call 1-833-525-0221 (Mon-Fri 8-6 and Sat 8-5) to book an appointment with a CareMount Scheduler or book online.
You must call 1-833-525-0221 (Mon-Fri 8-6 and Sat 8-5) or book online to schedule a visit. Once you have booked an appointment with a CareMount provider, your scheduled visit will appear on the screen.
Secure a well-lit, quiet room. A STRONG INTERNET CONNECTION is necessary. Make sure your volume is turned up and your microphone is on. Make sure you are not blocked from getting on the internet when you start your visit.
Before your visit, check that your camera and microphone are enabled. If not follow these instructions.
Settings > Privacy > Camera >Enable CareMount 24/7
Log in to the CareMount 24/7 app on your mobile device or CareMount 24/7 on your computer 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Do not click “Request a Visit.” If you do, an ALERT will pop-up prompting you to cancel and schedule a visit with your provider.
Click “YES” when prompted to connect to a scheduled visit.
You will see your appointment arrive shortly on our screen. DO NOT click “Request a Visit”.
Click “CONNECT” under “Upcoming Visits” to Open Your Appointment.
When asked: “Where will the visit take place?” Select “New York“.
Click “VIDEO” under “How would you like to connect?”. Click “CONTINUE“.
