What is a PFAC?

A Patient and Family Advisory Council is a team that meets regularly to work on procedures, processes, and quality improvement strategies for the practice

What is a Patient Advisor?

A Patient Advisor is a patient of the practice (or their family member or caregiver) who provides input to help improve the practice. Patient Advisors offer helpful feedback about patient care and organizational processes from the patient & family point of view.
