Our online appointment platform enables you real-time, self-scheduling by connecting into your doctor’s calendar from the CareMount Medical website. You can access the system 24/7 from the convenience of your home or mobile device without having to call to make an appointment — which is a tremendous benefit for you.
Which providers and departments are available?
Most of our specialties are currently available through the portal. More specialty physicians will be rolled-out in phases over the course of the year.
Virtual Visits are a new option for you or your family to access quick, convenient health care when and where you choose. Patients with non-emergency symptoms (e.g., sore throat, earache, pink eye, sinus infection, fever, cough, rash, etc.) now can access on-demand, high-quality care 24/7 using this service via desktop or mobile app. Connect with a physician in real time to receive a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescription as needed. CareMount Medical patients will have a copy of their visit included in their medical record.
When you are unable to visit an urgent care location or need a post-operative consult remotely, a virtual visit is the solution. Download our free CareMount 24/7 app to have access to care anytime on your smartphone or tablet. You can also use your computer, and manage your health care from home, at work, or even on vacation for a visit fee of $99 charged to your credit card. Please check with your insurance company directly for possible fee reimbursement.

What can you do?
Pre Check-in is now CareMount’s primary method for patients to check into their appointments.
You will receive a link as part of your appointment reminder, two days ahead of your scheduled appointment to check-in online.
Why Pre check-in?
Upon your arrival to the office, please remember to check in with the front desk to complete the registration process prior to your scheduled appointment time.
To reschedule your appointment, please contact your provider’s number listed above, 24 hours before your visit. In the event you do not give adequate notice and do not show for your appointment, a fee will be charged.
Please remember, your provider will not see any of this information until you get to the office!
