Mount Kisco—New York—May 3, 2017—CareMount Medical, the largest independent multi-specialty medical group in New York State, is pleased to announce the appointment of six new physicians in internal medicine, pediatrics, neurology, and obstetrics and gynecology.

CareMount Medical’s new physicians are:
- Dr. Howard Hinestroza, Pediatrics: After receiving his M.D. from Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University and doing his residency at Miami Children’s Hospital, Dr. Hinestroza completed a clinical research fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical College and an adolescent medicine fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. Board-certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Hinestroza previously served as an attending pediatrician at Stony Brook University Hospital. His office is at CareMount’s Kingston campus and he has privileges at Northern Dutchess Hospital.
- Dr. Amy Magneson, Obstetrics and Gynecology: Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Magneson received her M.D. from New York Medical College and completed her residency in OB/GYN at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. Prior to joining CareMount, Dr. Magneson was the OB/GYN Site Director at Denny Farrell Family Medical Clinic and an Assistant Professor of OB/GYN at Columbia University. Her offices are at CareMount’s Mount Kisco and Carmel campuses, and she has privileges at Northern Westchester Hospital.
- Dr. Carroll Anne Rayner, Internal Medicine: Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Rayner practiced at Westmed Medical Group from 2003 through 2007 and at Westchester Health since 2015. She received her MD from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at The Brookdale Foundation Group/National Institute of Aging and Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Rayner’s office is at CareMount’s Mount Kisco campus and she has privileges at Northern Westchester Hospital.
- Dr. Jimmy Wong, Internal Medicine: A graduate of SUNY School of Medicine at Buffalo who completed his residency at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers, Dr. Wong is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Prior to joining CareMount, he was in private practice in New York. Dr. Wong’s office is at CareMount’s Mount Kisco location and he has privileges at Northern Westchester Hospital.
