The Westchester County Department of Health advises there has been a Hepatitis A exposure among patrons of Sleepy Hollow Country Club in Sleepy Hollow. Individuals who ate or drank at Sleepy Hollow Country Club between October 27th and November 4th should receive post-exposure treatment for Hepatitis A within 14 days of their exposure, according to the Health Department.
CareMount Medical is making the Hepatitis A vaccine available to CareMount Medical patients who may have been exposed at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. If you are a patient of CareMount Medical, and have seen any CareMount Medical physician within the last three years, you can receive the Hepatitis A vaccine at the following Walk-In Adult Flu Programs through November 18, 2017. No appointment is needed
Post-Exposure treatment will also be available at clinics being run by the Westchester County Department of Health. These clinics are free of charge and are located at 134 Court Street, White Plains, NY on:
