With gratitude to you and your family for having entrusted your health care to us, I’m proud to share with you that CareMount Medical has joined the Optum family.
Optum is a national health services innovation company, helping people live healthier lives and improving the delivery of care for everyone. Partnering with Optum allows us at CareMount to do even more to fulfill our mission to provide you with state-of-the-art care, close to home.
Why CareMount’s partnership with Optum will help us serve you better
All of us at CareMount pulled together in every department and on every campus to help our patients meet the enormous challenges of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Coordinating care and mobilizing a full range of resources have been key to ensuring the best results for our patients.
Joining with Optum has added even more scale and strength to ensure the greatest benefit for you.
You’ll still be with the CareMount team members you know and trust
Our new partnership means you’ll keep receiving the dedicated service you know and trust, with even greater coordination among providers. You don’t need to do anything.
Your health care provider, care team, and office locations won’t change, nor will CareMount’s acceptance of your current health insurance plan and copays.
You’ll see the Optum logo on our website
Soon you’ll be seeing the Optum logo on our website and in some other materials.
The new logo tells everyone that as part of Optum, our CareMount team is proud to offer you the benefits of one of the largest networks of quality care throughout the Hudson Valley and our entire country, providing superior, affordable care, where and when you need it.
On behalf of everyone at CareMount, thank you for your faith in our commitment to you—we’ll honor that commitment with even greater strength as part of Optum.
