Dr. Brown is board certified in family medicine. She is a Clinical Intructor of Medicine at NYU School of Medicine and an Attending Physician at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Dr. Brown graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Biology. She obtained her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. She subsequently completed an internship year of General Internal Medicine at Metropolitan Hospital in Manhattan, followed by a residency program in Family and Social Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine – Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx.
Following the completion of her residency training, Dr. Brown spent several years working in New York City at the Midtown Health Center in Midtown Manhattan. She engaged in direct routine patient care and health maintenance of pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. She also supervised a weekly Women’s Health clinic, which provided breast and cervical cancer screening, as well as management of vaginitis, sexually transmitted diseases & urinary tract infections. She also provided counseling regarding birth control and prescriptions, menstrual disorders, weight management, exercise and nutrition, drug/alcohol abuse screening, heart disease prevention, and osteoporosis treatment and prevention.
Dr. Brown believes in providing comprehensive patient care as well as maintaining continuity of care with her patients.
