Traci Toll-Griffin has been practicing pediatrics at CareMount Medical since 2001 after completing both her medical degree and her residency in general pediatrics at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She has 2 daughters who were born at Northern Westchester hospital and are happy healthy patients of CareMount Pediatrics. Her favorite pastime is watching their concerts and sporting events. She feels that balancing parenting and a full time career has made her a better doctor.
Pediatrics is a unique field. Not only do children grow, but families grow, and even parents grow and develop. It is a privilege to witness and help guide this journey. Her philosophy is that it is the role of the pediatrician not only to monitor normal growth and development while diagnosing and treating illness, but also to be a partner with parents while helping them weed through the overwhelming stream of input from internet searches and social media. She helps parents separate fact from fiction and common problems and concerns from imagined ones. She likes to remind parents that there are some very important things they can and should control and everything else is an adventure that they will travel together.
