Prior to joining Mount Kisco Medical Group, Dr. David Resnick was the Director of Allergy and Immunology at The New York Presbyterian Hospital of Columbia University. Dr. Resnick performed his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology from 1989 through 1991 at The New York Presbyterian Hospital and then continued on as a full time attending. In 2006 he created the Food Allergy Center at the hospital where skin prick testing and food patch testing was performed to evaluate various types of allergies including Eosinophilic Esophagitis and food protein induced enterocolitis. He is a member of the Eosinohilic Esophagitis committee of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Resnick continues to teach and supervise the allergy fellows at the New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Dr Resnick specializes in semen allergies, asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis, hereditary angioneurotic edema, food allergies, hives, chronic sinusitis and eczema.
