We are currently seeking a BC/BE palliative care physician to join our growing organization. As a part of our Population Health Department, the physician in this role will be responsible for working collaboratively with our care team to provide palliative care services for patients and consults regarding palliative care to our physicians. Our organization is committed to expanding our palliative care program and is fully supported with an expansive population health team of clinical & non-clinical staff.

The physician in this position will be responsible for working collaboratively with other physicians and care team members to provide the highest standard of comprehensive medical care in a patient-centered, compassionate environment.
