COVID-19 VACCINATION DURING PREGNANCY
The CDC, American Academy of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine recommend that all eligible persons, including pregnant and lactating individuals, receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The only valid medical reason to not get the COVID-19 vaccination is severe allergic reactions to the COVID-19 vaccines or their components. CareMount providers will not provide any patient medical exemptions to vaccination for non-valid reasons. If you believe you may have a serious allergy to one of the COVID-19 vaccines, please consult with a CareMount allergist.
